AI and Business: Opportunities and Challenges in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

Business, Economics and Marketing will be transformed as the emerging technologies associated with artificial intelligence are embedded in organisational management and decision-making practices. How will business managers, company directors and entrepreneurs apply AI to solve business problems, develop new markets and design corporate strategy? How will the application of AI impact on the economic performance and market competition of corporations? Big data analytics, customer profile analysis, predictive modelling are among the many business and marketing tools that will be augmented by AI. This premiere Academic Research Annual Business & Economics (CBE) conference 2018 aims to explore and critically analyse the opportunities and challenges that AI presents for companies and entrepreneurs in the coming decade. Research papers that investigate issues associated with the conference theme (AI and Business: Opportunities and Challenges) are welcome to be presented at the CBE 2018 Annual Conference.

CBE 2018 Conference Proceedings: All accepted and presented papers at the conference (CBE 2018) will be published in the conference proceedings (Print ISSN: 2251-1970, E-Periodical ISSN: 2251-1989).
Journal on Business Review: All authors who present their papers at the conference will be invited to submit an extended version of their research paper for the GSTF Journal on Business Review (GBR) – Print ISSN: 2010-4804, E-periodical: 2251-2888. All submitted papers will go through a blind review process for acceptance and will be published without additional cost (digital).
Book: Selected authors will be invited to contribute book chapters in “Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Industry 4.0” to be published by GSTF and Vernon Press. The Editor-in-Chief is Prof. Richard Geibel (University Fresenius of Applied Sciences, Germany).
Best Paper Awards and Best Student Paper Awards will be conferred at the conference (in order to qualify for the award, the paper must be presented at the conference).
CBE 2018 will also constitute a Special Panel Session.
Panel Proposals are invited for submission. A minimum of three papers centering on a specific topic will be accepted for submission under Panel Category.
